How many Airtable bases does one plan cover?

Self-serve plans (Starter, Professional, Business) cover one Airtable base per purchase, with unlimited tables in that base. Done-for-you can scope multiple bases as a custom project.

Is the migration different on each plan?

Accepted Answer

No. Every plan runs the same migration engine — linked records, formulas, attachments, and the rest. Plans differ by record capacity within one base, included hosted attachment days (if you choose our storage), production features like script export, and support level.

Is this a subscription or a one-time payment?

Each migration plan is a one-time payment. Optional monthly attachment hosting applies only if you choose AT Migrator hosted storage and keep files with us after your plan’s included hosting period.

Do I need my own storage for attachments?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. Connect your own S3-compatible bucket and files transfer directly to your infrastructure during migration, or choose AT Migrator hosted storage — no bucket setup required to start.

Can I move hosted attachments to my own storage later?

Yes, free anytime. Connect your bucket in the migration dashboard and export. We delete our hosted copies after a successful export.

Why does AT Migrator offer hosted attachment storage?

Airtable attachment download links expire after about two hours. Hosting files securely on our infrastructure during and after migration gives Postgres stable URLs without upfront cloud setup.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. We offer a full refund within 7 days if migration fails due to a platform issue on our side.

How long does a migration usually take?

Most migrations take 5 to 30 minutes. Larger migrations may take 1 to 2 hours depending on record count, attachments, and Airtable API rate limits.

What if I need more records than my plan allows?

Upgrade to the next plan for a higher record cap within your base, or contact us for Done-for-you pricing when your migration exceeds 100,000 records.

Do you offer custom pricing for very large migrations?

Yes. Done-for-you migrations are quoted by scope — data volume, number of bases, attachments, cutover timeline, and compliance needs.
